Planned Downtime For Mobile And Online Banking

At 1:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, Nov. 7, we will be performing some routine maintenance as well as major infrastructure upgrades to One2Go, our mobile and online banking platform. 

Online banking will be temporarily unavailable during this upgrade. We anticipate this planned outage will take between two to four hours to complete. 

When the updates are completed, you will have access to several new features that we hope will enhance your banking experience with 1DCU. You may need to update the app on your phone.

Here are a few of the maintenance and upgrades we'll be performing. 
 

Online Banking 

Two-step authentication via email or text for even greater security on your account. You'll be able to use this option to login, make profile updates, if you forget your password or to change your password. 

Mobile banking

1. Member-to-member transfers

2. Scheduled transfers

3. Profile updates

4. "Forgot Password" feature enhancements
