Pandemic Readiness & Response at 1DCU

We are closely monitoring the latest news about COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. We want you to know we're doing everything we can to make sure our branches are open and our Contact Center is staffed. As it always has been, the health and safety of our members, our staff, and our community are our priority. You can count on us, especially if you need our help.

During this time of uncertainty, you can rest assured that your accounts are safe with 1DCU and all funds are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA).

Stay Home, Stay Safe

Effective at Midnight on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Governer Whitmer has issued a "Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order directing all nonessential businesses in the state to temporarily suspend in-person operations.

Credit unions are among the essential services exempt from this order, and our critical banking operations will continue.

We strongly urge you to stay home unless you are part of a critical infrastructure workforce, engaged in an outdoor activity, or performing tasks necessary to the health and safety of yourself or your family.

You may access your 1DCU accounts 24/7 from your home computer or mobile device using our mobile app or online banking.
