Please Remember: One Detroit Credit Union will never call or text you to ask for your account number, PIN, or password.

Mikai Green – Secretary/Treasurer

Attorney Mikai Green specializes in protecting, preserving, and monetizing Intellectual Property Rights; she handles novel and complex copyright infringement matters, has advanced knowledge of Federal Trademark prosecutions, and negotiates free agent contracts, primarily boxing agreements.

As Instructor and Coordinator of the Cultural Youth Education Enrichment & Development Foundation, a Michigan 501(c)(3), Attorney Green develops and administer curricula and educational programs in alignment with Financial Literacy, Legal Research & Writing, STEM, and other emerging innovative technologies. She has guest lectured at the University of Michigan Dearborn; Cerro Coso Community College Center for Entrepreneurship; and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Michigan Bar Prep Course.

Serving as Board of Director is especially important to Attorney Green because she is at the forefront of facilitating financial independence and financial education for the underserved. Attorney Green is a strong advocate for promoting economic revitalization in distressed communities. As a Detroit native, she is deeply rooted in the restorative efforts of the city as a whole, and not excluding others based on ethnicity or socioeconomic status.
