We are receiving reports of members getting phone calls and texts that appear to come from One Detroit Credit Union asking for personal account information. These are spoofing scams.

Please Remember: One Detroit Credit Union will never call or text you to ask for your account number, PIN, or password.

If you receive a suspicious call:

  1. Hang up immediately. Do not engage with the caller.
  2. Call us directly at (313) 965-8640 to verify if we were trying to reach you.

CASHIER CHECK ALERT: Exercise caution when accepting cashier checks that appear to be issued by One Detroit Credit Union. If you receive a check of this type, please contact us so we may verify the validity of the check.

Debit Card

Checking on the go!

Make purchases easy with the MasterCard that combines the characteristics of the ATM card with the capabilities of point-of-sale transactions, which debits purchases directly from your One Detroit Credit Union checking account. All 1DCU debit cards are now embedded with a microchip. 

ATM Limits

There is a limit of $800.00 that can be withdrawn in cash from ATM machines and a limit of $3000.00 that can be posted to your debit card per 24 hours. (Additional restrictions may apply.)

1DCU members have access to more than 100 ATM and branch locations through our partnership with the CO-OP credit union network. ATMs in this network may charge you a fee when you use them, however our members enjoy a limited number of free ATM transactions each month, depending on the type of checking account you have. 

Direct Star: 10 free CO-OP ATM visits per month

Standard or Everyday Checking: Six (6) free CO-OP ATM visits per month

To activate a new debit card, please call the Mastercard activation number at (800) 466-0040 and follow the voice prompts.

Rental Cars

1DCU debit cards cannot be used at any rental car dealership. This includes truck rentals such as moving trucks, cargo vans, and trailers. We invite you to use your 1DCU VISA credit card at these locations instead.

Instant Issue Debit Cards

Lost debit card? Forgot your PIN? Don’t sweat it. Visit any 1DCU branch and we’ll replace your card on the spot. No waiting 10 days for a card to arrive in the mail. Learn more about Instant Issue Debit Cards. 

Please note there is a $10 fee to replace a lost debit card. If your card has expired, you will receive a new card in the mail within the same month as the expiration date.
