We are receiving reports of members getting phone calls and texts that appear to come from One Detroit Credit Union asking for personal account information. These are spoofing scams.

Please Remember: One Detroit Credit Union will never call or text you to ask for your account number, PIN, or password.

If you receive a suspicious call:

  1. Hang up immediately. Do not engage with the caller.
  2. Call us directly at (313) 965-8640 to verify if we were trying to reach you.

CASHIER CHECK ALERT: Exercise caution when accepting cashier checks that appear to be issued by One Detroit Credit Union. If you receive a check of this type, please contact us so we may verify the validity of the check.

Club Magic

Catch the Magic…All year long!

As a member of One Detroit Credit Union, you can catch some magic of your own! Here’s how it works; you choose the amount to deposit in your Club account (by payroll deduction for automatic deposits or by cash). Then, just like magic, your account grows as deposits are made and dividends are posted monthly. On October 31 the funds are transferred from Club Magic to your savings or checking account so that you may use the funds as you desire.
