We are receiving reports of members getting phone calls and texts that appear to come from One Detroit Credit Union asking for personal account information. These are spoofing scams.

Please Remember: One Detroit Credit Union will never call or text you to ask for your account number, PIN, or password.

If you receive a suspicious call:

  1. Hang up immediately. Do not engage with the caller.
  2. Call us directly at (313) 965-8640 to verify if we were trying to reach you.
