Jazell has been working in the field of Human resources for over 26 years. Her experience and expertise in Talent Management, Organizational & HR Development, Performance Management, Workforce Development, Strategic & Workforce Planning, Culture & Change Management, Project Management and Succession Planning have served to aid many organizations in reaching their operational goals.

Jazell attended and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She also attended Baker College where she graduated with an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management.

Over the span of her Human Resources career, she has held several HR positions ranging from entry level to Executive – some of which include - HR Administrator, HR Analyst, Corporate Project Coordinator, Organization and Human Resources Development Consultant, Corporate Trainer/Instructional Designer, Talent Management Specialist, HR Manager, H.R. Director and Chief Talent Management & Human Resources Officer.

Jazell is devoted and passionate about the field of Human Resources and is ready and poised to assist to cultivate, modernize and motivate her fellow team members at One Detroit Credit Union to be and remain responsive to an evolving workforce.
