Pandemic Readiness & Response at 1DCU

We are closely monitoring the latest news about COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. We want you to know we're doing everything we can to make sure our branches are open and our Contact Center is staffed. As it always has been, the health and safety of our members, our staff, and our community are our priority. You can count on us, especially if you need our help.

During this time of uncertainty, you can rest assured that your accounts are safe with 1DCU and all funds are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA).

Michigan Mask Requirement

Effective October 29 2020, in cooperation with the Michigan Health Department's order, all members, visitors and staff must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth while inside the credit union.

The Health Department's order requires "a person responsible for a business, store, office, government office, school, organized event, or other operation, or an agent of such person, must prohibit gatherings of any kind unless the person requires individuals in such gatherings (including employees) to wear a face mask, and denies entry or service to all persons refusing to wear face masks while gathered."

Thank you for helping us remain in compliance with this state requirement so we may continue to serve you.
